Discovery call

A structured interview about your business, your customers, your differentiator, and the result you want this website to drive. We record it (with your permission) and transcribe it, every page on the site is later written from this transcript.

Day 0 · 60 min

What actually happens

Minutes 1–15. Your business model. Who pays you, how much, and why they chose you over the next option.
Minutes 15–35. Your customer. The exact words a good-fit customer used the last three times they reached out.
Minutes 35–50. Your differentiator. The thing competitors do badly that you do well, said in plain English.
Minutes 50–60. Objections. The 3–5 reasons people considered you and then didn't book.

Deliverable

A 6–10 page strategy brief emailed to you within 48 hours. You sign off on it before any design starts.

Strategy & wireframes

Information architecture, page-by-page wireframes, and a content map. No visual design yet, we lock the structure first because changing structure later is what blows up timelines.

Week 1

What gets built

A full sitemap with every URL and its purpose
Low-fidelity wireframes for every page, desktop, tablet, mobile
Copy structure: headline, sub-head, CTA, and section flow for each page
SEO keyword map: the 1–3 search queries each page is built to win

Where projects usually break

The temptation is to skip wireframes and go straight to "pretty mockups." We don't. Every project that's been late was late because someone tried to skip this step.

Design & copy

High-fidelity design for every page in parallel with the final copy pass. You see the homepage first, approve the design direction, and the rest of the pages follow the same system.

Week 2

How we work

Day 1–2. Homepage design v1, copy v1, sent for review.
Day 3. Round 1 revisions. Usually small.
Day 4–7. Inner pages built on the approved system. We deliver them in batches of two.
Day 7. Round 2 revisions (final).

What you get

Figma file with every page, every component, every breakpoint. Yours to keep regardless of how the project goes.

Build & QA

Development on your chosen platform (Webflow, WordPress, or Framer). Schema markup, page-speed tuning, form integrations, conversion tracking, and a full QA pass across browsers and devices.

Week 3

The build checklist

All pages built pixel-accurate to the Figma file
Schema markup validated with Google's Rich Results Test
PageSpeed Insights score 90+ on mobile and desktop
Forms tested end-to-end: submission → email → CRM
GA4 and conversion events configured and verified
Cross-browser QA: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge
Device QA: iPhone, Android, iPad, common laptop sizes
Accessibility audit: WCAG 2.1 AA compliance check

Launch & handoff

Domain pointed, DNS migrated, SSL active, redirects mapped, sitemap submitted to Google Search Console, and you receive a one-page summary of every login and account. Then 90 days of free post-launch edits begin.

Week 4

Launch day

DNS cutover (we coordinate with your current host if any)
Old URLs 301-redirected to new ones, every single one
Sitemap submitted to Google, Bing, and indexed within hours
Google Business Profile updated with new URL
Final invoice sent (50% of the project)

The next 90 days

You email us anytime you want a tweak, copy fixes, new testimonials, a missing page, a typo. Usually turned around same-day. After 90 days, you can transition to a $150/month maintenance retainer or take over yourself.
